I don't have any pictures to post yet but I'll put some up as soon as I can. I've been working on a custom dashboard project which I will try to describe. I've taken the curve of the cluster panel and starting from the original spot of the left driver's side and made a continueous sloping curve which continues on and over where the radio and vents used to be down to along and blending into the right side front of the shifter. It kinda looks something simular to the layout of a Supra dash but with a slightly longer curve. The original radio slots are being used but with extended side brackets. The panel gauge cluster has been completely replaced with a new extended plexi glass front which was molded by heating and trimming. The front air vent outlet is now a thin area along the top curve of the dash above the radio area. All the gauges have been replaced with both digital readouts and embeded (behind the plastic) reverse indiglo gauges where the indiglos can be turned on or off seperatly. The main speed, tach, boost and other readings are also digital made out of modified Defi heads up display units [ http://www.gruppe-s.com/Defi/defielec.htm ] with a fabricated mirror array which splits the display beam to be displayed on both the dash panel and the windshield as it was intended to do. Along with the regular indication lights I've also added monitoring lights for such things as door locks, rear hatch locks and even an indicator showing when the HICAS is kicking in. Creating the dash was done with a dash panel and gauge cluster I bought off ebay a while ago. Like I said, I will get some pictures posted soon.
